How members buy: pricing page, guest checkout & checkout links

Your pricing page lists your public plans; anyone can buy, even without an account. After payment the buyer is signed in automatically. You can also ask the AI assistant to generate a personal checkout link for a specific member.

The standard flow

Your pricing page shows every public, active plan in the order you set. When someone picks a plan, they go to a secure Stripe checkout to pay by card. Visitors don't need an account first — a guest who pays gets a member account created automatically from the email they enter at checkout. After a successful payment, the buyer lands on a success page that verifies the purchase and signs them in on the spot, straight into your content.

Logged-in members get a smoother ride: their email is pre-filled, and if they've paid before, their existing billing profile is reused. If a plan has a free trial, the trial is applied automatically.

Discounts at checkout

Checkout includes a promo-code box, so customers can type codes like BLACKFRIDAY from your coupon setup. If you've assigned a coupon directly to a member, that discount is applied automatically instead — they don't have to type anything.

Checkout links for a specific member

Sometimes you want to send one person straight to payment — after a sales call, for example. Ask the AI assistant (Benny by default — tenants can rename it) to create a checkout link for that member and plan; it returns a personal payment link you can send them. When they complete it, their access activates automatically.

For members who already pay you elsewhere (for example, migrated from another system), the assistant can record their membership without charging anything — no card is charged and no new subscription is created.

When someone doesn't finish

Started-but-abandoned checkouts aren't lost: the email is captured under Leads in your admin, so you can follow up with your warmest near-misses — or win them back with a coupon.

Good to know

  • Preview the pricing page from the Payments hub before running ads to it.
  • Check Leads weekly — abandoned checkouts are your easiest recovered revenue.
