How members find your classes: search, filters, and discovery

A tour of the member-facing library — search, filters, related classes, and new-content notifications — and a checklist of what you control to make every class findable.

The library experience

The Library is the browsable, searchable grid of all your published classes — the heart of the member experience. It's enabled under Settings → Pages and sections, and each card shows the class thumbnail, title, and key details you've set.

Search and filters

Members can search the whole library and combine filters: category, instructor, duration, and any custom filters you've defined. The instructor filter is smart — it only lists instructors who actually have at least one visible class, so it never shows dead ends.

A well-filtered library is what turns a pile of videos into something that feels like a real streaming service.

Discovery beyond browsing

After watching a class, members see related-class suggestions that keep them exploring. A notification bell alerts them when new content lands. Favorites, playlists, and continue-watching give every member their own personal paths back into your library, and star ratings (if you've enabled them) help members pick what to watch next.

Your findability checklist

Whether a class surfaces well comes down to details you control: it must be published (not hidden, expired, or bundle-locked away from that member), and it should have a clear title, a category, an instructor, tags, custom filter values, and a good thumbnail. Featured classes get pinned toward the top of the grid.

If a member says they "can't find anything", the fix is almost always metadata: run through your library and fill in the gaps — the bulk actions and your AI assistant (Benny by default — you can rename it) make quick work of it.
