Send email from your own domain
Verify your own domain so member emails come from your brand's address instead of the platform's. Add three DNS records at your domain provider, click Verify, and every email switches over automatically.
Why it matters
Until you set this up, emails to your members are sent as "Your Brand <noreply@autocreator.ai>" — your name shows in the inbox, but the address is the platform's. Verifying your own domain switches that to your address (like noreply@yourbrand.com), which looks more professional and helps your email reach the inbox instead of spam.
The setup is optional and completely safe: if verification is never completed, everything keeps sending from the platform address without interruption.
How verification works
You start from Settings → Domain & email, where the Email card links to the email domain setup page (also found under Integrations → Email domain). Enter your domain, and the platform registers it with its email delivery service and shows you three DNS records to add: DKIM and SPF records that prove the email really comes from you, and an MX record for handling returned mail.
Add those records at your domain provider (Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy or wherever your domain lives), then click Verify. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate, and the page always shows the current status of each record — Verified or Pending — so you can see exactly what's left.
After it's verified
Once the domain shows as active, all member email — one-to-one messages, automations, sequences, broadcasts and sign-in emails — sends from your domain with your brand name as the display name. You can remove the setup at any time from the same page, which switches sending back to the platform address.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Domain & email in the admin and click "Set up email".
- Enter your domain (e.g. yourbrand.com) and click "Set up domain".
- Copy the three DNS records shown into your domain provider's DNS settings.
- Wait for DNS to update (up to 24 hours), then click "Verify now".
- When the status shows verified, your emails send from your own address.
Good to know
- Do this before your first real member email — it's the single biggest deliverability win.
- Use the same domain your website runs on so members instantly recognize the sender.
