Check daily member activity with your assistant

Start your day by asking the assistant 'has anything come in from members today?' — it summarizes new messages, feature ideas, and bug reports, flags what is still unanswered, and can help you reply.

The daily check-in

Instead of clicking through your inbox, requests, and feedback pages one by one, ask the assistant for a summary of what came in from members today. It reports counts of new messages, new feature ideas, and new bug reports — plus what is still open, like unanswered messages and pending requests.

The dashboard chat's 'Summarize recent activity' suggestion chip runs this kind of check with one click.

Work through your inbox in chat

The assistant can list your recent member messages so you see what needs attention, and it can help you reply — it drafts the response, shows it to you, and sends only after you approve.

You can also ask it to review member requests and, when you agree, approve them — one at a time or all pending at once.

See the pulse of your platform

Round out the check-in with quick pulse questions: 'is anyone watching right now?' (viewers in the last 15 minutes), 'any new leads this week?', or 'review recent feedback'. Together these give you a morning snapshot in under a minute.

Step by step

  1. Open the assistant chat on your admin dashboard.
  2. Ask 'has anything come in from members today?' or click the 'Summarize recent activity' chip.
  3. Ask it to show any unanswered messages.
  4. Have it draft replies, review them, and approve before anything is sent.

Good to know

  • Make this a daily habit — open items like unanswered messages are easy to miss otherwise.
  • Replies the assistant sends on your behalf always go through your preview-and-approve step first.
