Get business reports from your assistant

Ask the assistant plain-language questions about members, sales, revenue, plans, retention and top content — it pulls live numbers from your platform and answers with real data, not guesses.

What you can ask about

Members: how many are active, trialing, or total — and even who is watching right now (distinct viewers in the last 15 minutes).

Money: new paying sign-ups over any period ('how many sales this week?'), total active paying members, revenue summaries, monthly recurring revenue, and a breakdown of which membership plans your members are on.

Content performance: plays per video with unique watchers and estimated watch time, so questions like 'what were my top programs last month?' get concrete answers.

Growth: recent leads from your email-capture forms — including counts for today and the last 7 days, where each lead came from, and whether they converted into a member. You can also ask about retention over time.

How to get good reports

Just ask in plain language and add constraints as needed: 'top 10 classes by views in June', 'compare sales this week to last week', 'how many members joined this month?'. Because the assistant remembers the conversation, follow-ups like 'now show the same for the previous month' work naturally.

Every figure comes from your live platform data. If the assistant cannot compute something, it says so instead of inventing a number.

Step by step

  1. Open the assistant chat on your dashboard or the AI Assistant page.
  2. Ask your question in plain language, e.g. 'how many active members do I have?'
  3. Add a time frame or limit if you want, e.g. 'sales in the last 14 days'.
  4. Follow up in the same conversation to drill deeper or change the period.
