Generate images and thumbnails with your assistant

Ask the assistant for custom class thumbnails, a homepage hero image, or social graphics — sized for the job and styled to your brand. Generation is capped by a daily and monthly quota to keep costs predictable.

What it can create

Three kinds of images, each sized for its job: thumbnails for individual classes, a homepage hero (1920×1080), and social-media graphics in Instagram square or Facebook landscape format.

Describe the visual idea — a theme, a mood, a style — and the assistant generates the image with your brand's colors, niche, and tone in mind, so results look like yours rather than generic stock. Preview cards appear right in the chat so you can judge each image immediately.

Using the results

Generated images are previews until you act on them: apply a thumbnail to its class, set a hero on your homepage, or download a social graphic for posting. If the first attempt is not right, refine your description and generate again — 'warmer colors', 'less text', 'more energy'.

Image quotas

Image generation has real costs, so every platform has a quota: by default 30 images per day and 500 per month. The daily counter resets at midnight UTC and the monthly counter on the first of the month.

If you hit a limit, the assistant tells you plainly and says when it resets — it will never pretend an image was created when it was not. The quota covers all image generation on your platform, whether requested through chat or through the API.

Step by step

  1. Open the assistant chat and describe what you want, e.g. 'make a thumbnail for my hip mobility class — calm, morning light'.
  2. Review the preview card that appears in the chat.
  3. Refine the description and regenerate, or accept the result.
  4. Apply it to the class or homepage, or download it for social media.

Good to know

  • Short, visual descriptions work best: subject, mood, and one or two style words.
  • Generate a few variations before choosing — you have 30 images a day to play with by default.
