Review AI drafts before they go live

Everything the AI writes — descriptions, blog posts, social hooks, SEO — waits in Drafts for your approval. Nothing is published automatically: you read, edit, and publish or discard each piece, keeping full control of your brand voice.

Why drafts exist

AI is fast, but your name is on everything your members and Google see. Drafts is the quality gate between the two: all written output from the assistant and the content tools is collected there instead of going public automatically. Nothing reaches your site until you approve it.

Finding your drafts

Open Drafts under Content in the admin sidebar. You will find every AI-generated item waiting for review — video descriptions, blog posts, Instagram hooks, SEO data, and generated images.

There is also a shortcut from the conversation itself: after the assistant generates content, a View drafts button appears in the chat showing how many new items are waiting, so you can jump straight from the request to the review.

Review, edit, publish or discard

Work through each item individually: read it, edit anything that needs your voice, then either publish it or delete it. Publishing applies the content where it belongs — a description to its video, a blog post to your blog — while discarding removes it with no trace.

Treat a pass through Drafts as the final step of any content run. Generate in bulk with the assistant, then spend a few focused minutes approving the keepers — that combination gives you AI speed with human quality.

Step by step

  1. Ask the assistant to generate content, or run the content tools on your videos.
  2. Click View drafts in the chat, or open Drafts under Content in the admin sidebar.
  3. Read each item and edit anything that needs your personal touch.
  4. Publish the pieces you like; delete the rest.

Good to know

  • Check Drafts after every AI content run — items wait there quietly until you act.
  • Editing a draft before publishing is the fastest way to keep AI output in your brand voice.
