Get instant analytics reports from your AI assistant
Ask your AI assistant plain-language questions — 'how much did we make last month?', 'who are my top watchers?' — and it answers with the same real numbers as your dashboards.
Your analytics, conversationally
Every number in your analytics dashboards is also available by simply asking. Your AI assistant (Benny by default — tenants can rename it) reads the same data as the admin pages, scoped strictly to your platform, and answers in plain language. It's often the fastest route when you know the question but not which dashboard holds the answer.
The assistant is included on the Max plan and lives in the Assistant section of your admin.
Questions it can answer
Money: 'How much did we make last month, and is that up?' returns net sales with a period-over-period comparison — the same calculation as the Sales view. It can also report your current MRR, a subscription health snapshot (active, past due, trials ending this week) and retention by signup month.
Audience and content: ask for a platform summary (total members, paying members, recent signups, top videos), views per video for top-content reports, views per member to find your most dedicated watchers, or views grouped by program to see which collections carry your platform. You can request a viewing summary for one member or one video — for example 'what has anna@example.com watched in the last 90 days?'.
Pipeline: 'Any new leads this week?' returns recent captures with counts, and 'how many sales this week?' summarizes new paying conversions.
Reading versus doing
Reporting questions like these are read-only — the assistant just looks things up, so you can ask freely without anything changing on your platform. When you go further ('email my inactive members'), it proposes the action first and waits for your confirmation. For custom date ranges, just say them: 'top videos from March 1st to March 31st' works exactly as you'd hope.
Good to know
- Chain questions naturally: ask for churned-quiet members first, then 'draft a win-back email to them' — the assistant keeps the context.
- If a number surprises you, ask the assistant how it was calculated — the definitions match the dashboards.
