Run the launch checklist and publish your platform

The launch checklist shows exactly what's done and what's left before going live — payments, plans, videos, categories, and domain — with a direct link to fix each item. One click on "Publish platform" opens the doors.

Where to find it

Open Launch checklist from your admin dashboard. Every item shows a Done or Pending badge plus an "Open" link that takes you straight to the page where you complete it — so you never wonder what to set up next.

The readiness checks

The main checks are: your checkout is connected (Stripe — or ThriveCart if that's your chosen provider), at least one membership plan is public so your pricing page has something to sell, video hosting is configured, videos are uploaded, home-row categories exist, videos are placed in those categories, and your domain is active.

Two optional items round it out: verifying your own email sending domain, and connecting Google Tag Manager for visitor and conversion tracking. Both are recommended but never block publishing.

Publishing

When you're ready, click "Publish platform". You can publish even if something is still pending — everything can be updated later. After publishing you'll see a confirmation that your platform is live, and you can start inviting members and sharing your pricing page.

Already launched? The checklist stays available as a read-only reference showing your setup status.

Step by step

  1. Open Launch checklist from the admin dashboard.
  2. Work down the list top to bottom, using each "Open" link to complete pending items.
  3. Confirm checkout, plans, videos, categories, and domain all show Done.
  4. Optionally verify your email domain and add tracking.
  5. Click "Publish platform".
  6. Share your pricing page and start inviting members.

Good to know

  • You can publish with items pending, but an empty video library makes a rough first impression — upload content first.
  • Set up tracking before you spend on ads, so campaigns can measure conversions from day one.
