Email your audience with email broadcasts
Compose branded email to segments of your list — all members, active, trial, leads or a tag — with a live recipient count. Opt-outs and blocked members are excluded automatically, and sending stays off until enabled for your account.
Compose for a chosen audience
The email broadcast composer lives at /admin/email/broadcast in your admin, grouped with your other member email tools. Write a subject and body (line breaks are preserved), then pick an audience: All members, Active members, Trial, Leads (prospects who never finished signing up), or members with a specific tag. As you switch audiences, a live recipient count updates so you always know how many people you're about to reach.
Emails go out one per recipient in a branded wrapper — your logo (or brand name), your brand color and your subject as the heading — and are sent from your own sender address once your email domain is verified.
Who actually receives it
Recipient lists are built with member consent in mind. Members who have blocked communication or opted out of marketing are excluded automatically, the leads audience likewise skips anyone who has unsubscribed, and duplicate email addresses are removed. Recipients can also get a one-click unsubscribe link, keeping you on the right side of email regulations.
After sending, each broadcast in the history shows how many emails were sent and how many were skipped.
Draft mode: safe by default
Bulk email sending is switched off by default for every account as a deliberate safety measure. Until it's enabled for your account, the page shows a Draft mode banner: you can compose, save drafts and preview recipient counts freely, but no email is sent to anyone. When you're ready to send real campaigns, ask the AutoCreator team to enable sending for your account.
Step by step
- In your admin, open the email broadcast page (/admin/email/broadcast).
- Write the subject and body of your email.
- Choose the audience and check the live recipient count.
- Click Save draft.
- When you're ready, click Send now on the draft in the Broadcasts list.
Good to know
- Verify your own email domain first — branded sender addresses reach the inbox more reliably.
- Use tags on members (from the Members list) to build precise audiences before you broadcast.
