Use the transcript workspace and AI content tools
Read, search, edit, and export any video's transcript in one workspace — then let AI turn it into chapters, clips, quotes, summaries, SEO text, and a full pack of marketing content.
The transcript workspace
Every video page has a Transcript card showing how many segments and words the transcript contains. Click "Open transcript" for the full workspace: read the text with timestamps, search it live with match counts, and click individual lines to select just the parts you need.
From the workspace you can copy everything with "Copy all", copy only your selected lines, download the transcript as a .txt file, or export it as markdown. There's even a "Play & follow" mode that plays the video while highlighting the current line.
Add or fix a transcript
Click "Edit" in the workspace to paste a transcript — plain text or a timestamped caption format both work. Leave the field empty and the video falls back to its auto-generated captions. This is also how you correct names or terms the auto-transcription got wrong.
Built-in AI tools
The workspace includes four one-click AI tools that read the transcript: Chapters (timestamped chapter titles), Find clips (moments that would work as short social clips), Quotes (shareable lines), and Summary (a tight recap of the class).
SEO and the full content pack
On the video's SEO tab, a one-click AI button uses the title and transcript to fill in the page title, meta description, and keywords — saved immediately, and you can edit and re-save anytime. You can also generate SEO for many videos at once from the AI content tools.
For marketing, the content pack on the video page turns one class into 10+ pieces of content in 30–60 seconds: a blog post, Facebook post, Instagram Reel hooks, short captions, an email newsletter, chapters, landing page copy, a YouTube description, a summary, and title ideas. Review each piece, copy what you like, and regenerate what you don't — nothing is published without you.
Step by step
- Open the video from Content → Videos and find the Transcript card.
- Click "Open transcript".
- Search for any phrase, or click lines to select and copy just those.
- Click "Edit" to paste or correct the transcript, then save.
- Run the AI tools: Chapters, Find clips, Quotes, or Summary.
- On the SEO tab, use the one-click AI button to fill in search-engine fields — or generate the full content pack from the video page.
Good to know
- No transcript, no AI magic — enable auto-transcription at upload or paste one in first.
- "Copy selected" is perfect for pulling one great passage into a newsletter.
- Everything AI writes lands for your review — you always publish deliberately.
