View a member's full activity profile
Every member's profile shows classes completed, active days, favorites, total training time, a six-month activity chart and detailed watch activity — everything you need before reaching out.
The member stats at a glance
Open any member from your Members page and you get a complete picture of their journey. The header tells you whether they've been active in the last 7 days, when they registered and when they were last active. Four stat tiles summarize their engagement: classes completed, active days in the last 30 days, favorite classes saved, and total training time.
An activity chart covers the last six months, so you can see at a glance whether this member is warming up, steady, or cooling off — invaluable context before a support reply or a win-back message.
Watch activity in depth
Further down, the Watch activity section aggregates their entire viewing history — including history imported from a previous platform, merged with live activity. You'll see lifetime sessions, unique videos watched, average completion rate, the span from their first to latest view, total watch time and when they last watched.
Their top 5 videos show what keeps them coming back, alongside a year-by-year trend. A sessions list shows their recent visits, and side panels reveal their favorite classes and watch history from the last 90 days.
From insight to action
The same page is where you act on what you learn: edit contact info, manage their subscription, grant free access, or preview their member dashboard read-only with 'View as this member'. And if you'd rather not click at all, ask your AI assistant (Benny by default — tenants can rename it) for a member's viewing summary in plain language.
