Select the videos you want

On Content → Videos, every row has a checkbox and there's a "Select all" option for the whole page. A counter shows how many videos you've selected, and you can clear the selection at any time.

The trick for large libraries: filter first, select second. Narrow the list by status, collection, or instructor — or search by title — and then select everything that's left.

What you can change in bulk

The Action menu covers the everyday jobs: Publish or Unpublish the selection, Feature or Unfeature them, Set instructor (pick from your instructor list), and Set tag — where you choose whether to add a tag to or remove a tag from every selected video.

Bulk access changes

"Set access plans" is the most powerful bulk action. First pick the access level — Members only, Open to everyone, or Bundle only — then decide which membership plans grant access, using one of three modes: Replace sets the plan list exactly, Add adds plans on top of what each video already has, and Remove subtracts plans from the current setup.

After you click Apply, a confirmation tells you exactly how many videos were updated.

Or just ask your assistant

Sweeping changes can also be done conversationally — ask your AI assistant (Benny by default — you can rename it) to, say, tag all classes by a certain instructor. The same operations are available through the developer API for automation.
