Schedule a video release or set an expiry date
Publish videos automatically at a future date and time, or set an expiry so a video hides itself when a promotion or challenge ends — no calendar reminders needed.
Three visibility states
Every video is Published (visible to everyone with access), Unpublished (hidden from the catalog, with all your settings saved for later), or Scheduled (hidden until your chosen date and time, then published automatically). You set this on the video's Access tab.
Schedule a release
Choose "Scheduled" and set the "Publish from" date and time. The platform checks every hour and flips scheduled videos to Published once their time has passed — so your Monday-morning class can go live while you sleep.
Because the check runs hourly, the actual go-live moment can be up to an hour after the time you set. If you need it live right now, just switch the video to Published yourself.
Auto-hide with an expiry date
"Hide after" works on any video: once the date and time passes, the video is hidden from the catalog automatically. It's ideal for limited-time offers, seasonal content, or challenge replays.
Expiry only hides the video — nothing is deleted, and every setting is kept. You can re-publish it whenever you like.
Need it hidden immediately?
The "Unpublish" button at the top of the video page hides a published video from the member catalog with one click — no form-filling required.
Step by step
- Open the video from Content → Videos and go to the Access tab.
- Under Visibility, select Published, Unpublished, or Scheduled.
- For a scheduled release, set "Publish from (optional)" to the go-live date and time.
- Optionally set "Hide after (optional)" to retire the video automatically.
- Click "Save changes".
Good to know
- Automatic publishing and expiry run hourly, so timing can shift by up to an hour.
- Expired videos keep all their settings — re-publish anytime without redoing anything.
- Pair scheduling with a members' broadcast so people know something new is coming.
