Connect your own custom domain
Run your whole platform on your own web address, like yourbrand.com or members.yourbrand.com. Add the domain, paste one DNS record at your registrar, and SSL is set up automatically — for both the root and www.
Root domain or subdomain?
Use your entire domain (yourbrand.com) if this platform should be your whole website. Use a subdomain (members.yourbrand.com) if you already have a landing page you want to keep — then only the member area lives here. Your free address (yourname.autocreator.ai) keeps working either way.
Adding the domain
Open Settings → Domain and email, type your domain without https://, and click "Add domain". The page then shows exactly which DNS record to add at your provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.): a root domain needs an A record with name @ pointing to 76.76.21.21; a subdomain needs a CNAME record pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com. Occasionally an extra verification record is required — the page lists it when needed.
DNS changes usually take effect in under 30 minutes but can take up to 48 hours. Use the "Check status now" button to re-verify; the status changes to "Active" when everything is in place.
SSL and the www variant
The secure padlock (SSL certificate) is issued automatically — no setup on your side. Certificates cover both your root domain and the www variant, so visitors reach you either way. Certificates are typically issued within a couple of minutes once DNS is verified.
Important: update your video hosting allow-list
Your Bunny.net video library only serves videos to approved websites. When you connect a new domain, add it under "Allowed referrers" in your Bunny.net library security settings (Stream → Security → General) — alongside *.autocreator.ai. If you use more than one video library, add the domain to each. Without this, videos and thumbnails fail to load on your new address. Your admin's Integrations → Bunny page lists the exact domains to allow.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Domain and email in your admin.
- Type your domain (no https://) and click "Add domain".
- At your domain provider, add the DNS record shown: A record to 76.76.21.21 for a root domain, or CNAME to cname.vercel-dns.com for a subdomain.
- Wait for DNS to propagate, then click "Check status now".
- Confirm the status shows "Active" and the padlock appears on both yourbrand.com and www.yourbrand.com.
- Add the new domain to "Allowed referrers" in your Bunny.net video library settings.
Good to know
- Connect your domain before inviting real members or running ads, so every link carries your brand from day one.
- You can remove or replace the domain anytime from the same page.

Send email from your own address
By default, member emails come from noreply@autocreator.ai with your brand name. Verify your own domain to send from noreply@yourbrand.com instead — more professional and better for inbox delivery.
