Send email from your own address
By default, member emails come from noreply@autocreator.ai with your brand name. Verify your own domain to send from noreply@yourbrand.com instead — more professional and better for inbox delivery.
How email sending works out of the box
From day one, all emails — login links and member messages — are sent from "Your Brand <noreply@autocreator.ai>". That works fine, but sending from your own domain looks more professional and improves the chance your emails reach the inbox.
Setting up your email domain
Open Settings → Domain and email and click "Set up email" (or go to Integrations → Email domain). Enter your domain and click "Set up domain". Three DNS records are generated — DKIM, SPF, and an MX record for bounce handling. Add them at your domain provider (Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.), then click "Verify now".
DNS can take up to 24 hours to propagate, though it's usually much faster. The page shows the live status of each record, so you can see exactly which one is still pending.
A safe fallback
This setup is optional and can't break anything: until verification completes, emails simply keep sending from autocreator.ai without interruption. Once verified, everything switches to your own address automatically.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Domain and email, then click "Set up email".
- Enter your domain (e.g. yourbrand.com) and click "Set up domain".
- Copy the three DNS records shown into your domain provider's DNS settings.
- Click "Verify now" once the records are added.
- Wait for all records to show "Verified" — emails now send from noreply@yourbrand.com.
Good to know
- Do this right after connecting your custom domain, before you send your first real member email.
- It's listed as an optional item on the launch checklist — recommended, but it won't block publishing.
