Manage members with your assistant
The assistant can create and invite members, grant free access, update contact details, manage tags, record memberships, and troubleshoot access issues — all from chat, with confirmation before anything changes.
Add and invite members
Ask the assistant to create a member and it adds them quietly, without sending any email — useful when you are setting accounts up in advance. Ask it to invite a member instead, and it also sends them a sign-in email with a secure one-click login link. Either way you can include free access from the start: 'invite anna@example.com with free access'.
If someone is struggling to log in, the assistant can generate a one-time sign-in link for them. The link is valid for 60 minutes and signs the member straight in when clicked — you choose whether to email it through the assistant or pass it along yourself.
Update details, tags and access
Tell the assistant to update a member's name or contact info, or to add, remove, or replace tags — handy for segmenting members before a targeted email or report.
For access, it can grant free access (permanent, or time-boxed so it expires automatically on a date you set), grant access to a bundle, or record a membership plan for someone who already pays you elsewhere. Recording a plan never charges a card and never schedules a payment — the assistant will say so explicitly. To actually bill someone, it creates a checkout link the member completes themselves.
Troubleshoot access problems
When a member says they hit the paywall unexpectedly, ask the assistant 'why does anna@example.com see the paywall?'. It looks up the member, checks exactly which plan or access they have, and explains what is blocking them — usually faster than digging through the member page yourself.
Safety
Changes that grant or remove access require your explicit confirmation, deletions count against a daily safety cap, and the assistant only reports success when the change actually happened. Everything is limited to members of your own platform.
Step by step
- Open the assistant chat.
- Say what you want, e.g. 'invite anna@example.com with free access' or 'add the tag VIP to Ben'.
- Review what the assistant proposes and confirm.
- The assistant carries it out and reports exactly what changed.

Save emails you send often — like a welcome or win-back message — as named templates, then send them in seconds by name: 'send the welcome template to anna@example.com'. Placeholders personalize each copy automatically.
