Manage your video library from the Videos page
The Videos page is your library's control room: library stats, search, filters and sorting, a sync button for your video host, plus rename, unpublish, delete, and remove actions on every video.
The Videos page at a glance
Open Content → Videos and you'll see four stat cards — total videos, total length, published, and unpublished — followed by your full library in a table showing each video's thumbnail, collection, instructor, length, status, and the date it was added.
Status badges tell you at a glance whether a video is Published, Hidden, or Featured. Click any row to open the video's detail page and edit it.
Find any video fast
Search by title, or narrow the list with the filter dropdowns: status (Published, Hidden, Featured), collection, and instructor. Sort by newest, oldest, title A–Z, shortest, or longest.
For big libraries, switch between 20, 50, or 100 videos per page and jump straight to any page number. Checkboxes on each row let you select many videos for bulk actions — see the bulk-editing article for what you can change at once.
Sync with your video host
The "Sync library" button imports any videos that were added directly in your video hosting account rather than through the admin. After a sync, a message confirms how many videos were pulled in and from how many libraries.
Rename, unpublish, delete, or remove
On a video's detail page, click its big title to rename it inline — the new name is what members see, and the original file title is kept for reference.
The action bar gives you a one-click "Unpublish" button that hides the video from the member catalog immediately, and a "⋯" menu with two ways to take a video off the platform: "Delete video" removes it from your library but a future "Sync library" would re-import it, while "Remove (no re-sync)" takes it out permanently so it never comes back on sync. In both cases the actual video file stays safely in your video hosting account.
Step by step
- Go to Content → Videos and click a video to open it.
- Click the video's title at the top to rename it, then click Save.
- Click "Unpublish" to hide it from members instantly.
- Open the "⋯" menu and choose "Delete video" or "Remove (no re-sync)" if you want it off the platform.
Good to know
- Deleting a video never touches the file in your video hosting account — only its place in your member library.
- Use "Remove (no re-sync)" for videos you never want re-imported; plain delete comes back on the next sync.
- Filter to "Hidden" now and then to review what's unpublished and clean up.
