Videos & content library · Upload & manage

Upload your first video

Upload videos straight from your admin — large files included. Pick a destination library, add a title, and optionally turn on automatic subtitles while you upload.

How uploading works

Your videos are stored with Bunny, a professional video hosting service that streams your classes smoothly to members worldwide. You connect it once under Integrations → Bunny, and after that you upload right from your admin.

Uploads go directly from your browser to the video host in small chunks, so even very large files work fine. A progress bar shows exactly how far along you are — just keep the browser tab open until it finishes. When the upload completes, you land on the video's detail page while the host finishes processing it in the background.

Automatic subtitles at upload

The upload page has an Auto-transcription checkbox. Turn it on and subtitles are generated automatically in the language detected in your video. Note that transcription is billed separately by the video host.

A transcript is worth having: it powers subtitles for members, the transcript workspace, AI-generated chapters and marketing content, and (if you enable it) public transcript pages that bring in search traffic.

After the upload

Your new video appears under Content → Videos, where you can set its title, description, instructor, category, thumbnail, and access level. New videos are visible to members by default, so if you want to prep it first, unpublish it or schedule a release date from the Access tab.

If you ever add videos directly in your video host instead of through the admin, click "Sync library" on the Videos page to import them.

Step by step

  1. In your admin, go to Content → Videos.
  2. Click "Upload video".
  3. If you have more than one video library, pick the destination in the library dropdown.
  4. Type a title (optional — the file name is used if you leave it empty).
  5. Check "Auto-transcription" if you want subtitles generated automatically.
  6. Click "Choose video file" and select your video.
  7. Keep the tab open until the progress bar reaches 100%.
  8. You're taken to the video's detail page — fill in details and set access.

Good to know

  • Don't close the browser tab while an upload is running.
  • Add your Bunny account API key under Integrations → Bunny to get a dropdown of all your video libraries on the upload page.
  • Auto-transcription is billed separately by the video host, so enable it deliberately.
  • Uploaded elsewhere? "Sync library" on the Videos page imports anything new.
