Find, filter, and export your members

The Members page is your command center: search by email, filter by member type and subscription status, sort by lifetime value, and export the current view to CSV.

Your members list at a glance

Open Members in the admin menu to see everyone who has ever signed up, bought, or been added to your platform. Three stat cards at the top show your active Members, how many are Trialing, and the Total number of people on the list.

Membership is automatic: anyone with an active subscription through your connected checkout, or with free access you have granted, counts as a member. If your list looks empty, connect your Stripe account first — your subscribers then appear here and stay synced in real time.

Search, filters, and sorting

The search box finds people by email as you type. Next to it, the user type filter narrows the list to Active member, Member, Lead (an email you captured that never purchased), or One-time buyer (someone who bought a package rather than a subscription).

The status filter narrows by subscription state: Active, In trial, Churned, Paused, or On hold. You can also sort by when members were created (newest or oldest first) or by lifetime amount (highest or lowest first), and filter by any tag you have applied.

Each row shows the member's subscription, tags, lifetime value, activity in the last 30 days, last login, and created date — plus badges like Member, Free, Canceled, Lead, Admin, and Instructor.

Exporting your list

The Export CSV button downloads the members that match your current search, filter, and sort — handy for backups, spreadsheets, or importing into another tool. You can also change how many rows show per page (25, 50, 100, or 200).

Step by step

  1. In the admin menu, open Members.
  2. Type an email in the search box to find a specific person.
  3. Use the user type dropdown to narrow to members, leads, or one-time buyers.
  4. Add a status filter such as In trial or Churned.
  5. Pick a sort order — for example Lifetime amount (highest first) to see your most valuable members.
  6. Click Export CSV to download the filtered list.

Good to know

  • Filter to Churned and sort by lifetime amount to build a win-back list of your most valuable lapsed members.
  • Click Open on any row to jump into that member's full profile.
  • The AI assistant can answer questions like "how many members are trialing right now?" without you opening any filters.
